On 24 Mar 25 at around 1030H, SCT TAN KWANG ENG JERRY informed that he would be reporting sick at KRHH. Serviceman was symptomatic onset on 24 Mar 25 at 1000H for vomiting and diarrhea.

Serviceman was assessed by MO and was given a status xx of xx days' XXX dated 24 Mar 25-24 Mar 25.

Unit will continue to monitor his status and update accordingly.
